OK, I was thinkin, I shoot right handed, I have a right handed feed marker, and I get far more hopper shots than anything else. So I guess I could remedy this by getting a centerfeed, but I like sighting down the marker. So would a left handed feed keep my hopper tucked in? Yes, it would, but would it impede my peripheral vision to the left? Ohhh poster's of P8ntball, flood me with your great knowldege. Well, ummmm, just tell me what you think.

swithching to a center feed will not eliminate the posibility of hopper shots. it might reduce your chances slightly when shooting out the right side, but when shooting out the left side of the bunker it will increase your chances of getting popped. And the same with swithching to a left feed.

What I'm saying is that every type of feed will have benifits in certan situations and drawbacks in others.

The best advice I can give you is to play tighter on your bunker. Practice to make your exposure to your opponint as small as posible. Pop out of your bunker for shorter perionds of time. and be more consiouse of your angle on your opponont and their angle/angle's on you.

The alternate option of course would be to get yourself a handy dandy Warp Feed. - Not only would you still be able to sight down the marker, but there'd be nothing blocking your view on the left or the right. But the best part is - you'll hardly ever get a hopper shot again! If you do, it would only have hit your gun if it wasn't in the way so it don't matter anyways!

I must say they are a rather expensive commodity but well worth it if your hopper problems that bad and you tend to shoot pretty damn fast :D

Check em out, try out other people's gun setup also. The next time u see a baller with left handed feed, ask 'em if you can have a go.

It's all about testing what good for you and personal preference.

Obviously you're own tactics will come into play also, like jynxfactor mentions, practice popping out from behind the sofa at home - do it infront of a full length mirror and see what parts of your marker and your body stick out first. Keep tight, adjust your body position to reveal as little as possible. Come out both sides of your 'home made' bunker to adapt for your hopper.

You'll soon find what suits you best. Good luck :)
