I would like to second that..no nonsense marshalling.
As soon as we got to the field we were told any playing on or calls for checks in a self check zone etc would mean 1-4-1's. They would accept no arguing etc. The players were a lot better behaved on this field after that..
They were quick to perform checks without taking too much time over them.
Fantastic work, other people can learn a lot from you.
