Anyone else subscribed to it? Did you notice if you were charged in US dollars ($) or Euros (€)?
Was just having a look at their website and noticed the $49.90 sub. Thought with the current weak US Dollar, might as well see what the mags like (already sub to PGI btw). So anyhow, I put my details in and last week got my statement. I have been charged in Euros when the website had clearly showed a US Dollar sign when I ordered my sub. Now that makes a bit of a difference, due to the exchange rates.
I was charged €49.90 (£35.23, £/€ @ 1.41). However, from the website when I ordered I expected to pay $49.90, something like £27.44 £/$ @ 1.81, nearly £8 cheaper.
I emailed their sub address from the website last week mentioning I had been wrongly charged. No reply. Emailed them this week, no reply, but within days noticed they had changed the website to show '49.90 €'. So it was a mistake on their website and they do charge in Euros? Coincidence or a sign they got my email? So I emailed again, mentioning seeing this change and asking if that means they will also correct my payment. I'm assuming that as a good will guesture they'll will, since I paid in good faith that I was going to be charged in US dollars. Anyhow, as yet, still no reply.
