EXL, Div 1,2,3 and Sponsorship

What with the 'alleged' media interest at every event next year being 'supposedly' focussed on the EXL in the MS, will teams that are not playing in the EXL struggle to find sponsors? After all, if a sponsor has the chance to back a team, and he can back a team in the EXL where all the focus/magazine attention is gonna be, or back a team in the Div 1 where there will be little focus. It doesnt take a genius to realise that in likelihood sponsorship is going to be lessened for those outside of the EXL.

Also the increased demand for sponsors products by those teams in the EXL may put a strain on a companies resources available for sponsorship, preventing them from sponsoring other teams outside the EXL.

Nothing, I tend not to think to often as my head tends to hurt when I do.

This time next year every one will know where they stand with regards to everything.

Only time will tell.

Yeah i think your right sjt19, it doesnt take a genius to work that out, the teams in div 2 and 3 are the ones i think are realy gona suffer from this, i mean those teams probably battle as it is to get some sort of sponsorship but now will find it near impossible, which for the sake of the sport i hope it doesnt mean they will be attending fewer events

In my defence, i did write this threda about two weeks ago before the format of Division 1 and the possible NXL inclusion was announced. When i wrote it there was no Div 1 Xball under the EXl, just regular 7man. Following Baldwins statement, i have changed a few of my views.

also everyone struggles for a few years. You just gotta get good and put yourself out there ( i.e russian tryouts, dux tryouts, nexus tryouts) and do the best you can. Sponsorship will only come to those that work the hardest.

But nothing official about XBall division?? Only that "old" information about EXL and Premier formats??
