Why can't they do something similar for the Millennium Series? They are an European company after all.

The Millenium Series already knows how to run a good series, they do their own staff to do the promotion.
Due to the way that the NPPL super 7s (the real NPPL IMHO) involvement with the Millenium series, i'd say that any inovations that come about will be passed onto the Millenium series.
