:S PayPal is annoying haha, it gave me £5.89 I know it's only 11p but was just telling you incase you buy like a gun, because then the fee is like £20...I dont like PayPal they take your money hahaha, but don't worry it's fine

If you add 5% to the amount you are sending, PayPal will then remove 4% off the new total amount better to just select the "I will pay the Fees" option
