Exalt launch bolt tip(s)

Hey guys
Im looking for replacement tips for an exalt launch bolt. The bolt is the one for the geo2/2.1.
It is only the tips I'm after as I have the bolt but have trashed the first tip and the second is wearing quickly.

Any help appreciated

The bolt looks like this. It's the green tip that I'm in need of. If that helps. Unfortunately I think the all the same but it needs to be for the geo2 version.
