evolve pi reg

has anyone used these? are they any good e.g consitancy and recharge rate?

any help would be appricated

Concistency is very good, about the same as my AKA 2liter.

Flow rate is even better, you arent going to out shoot this reg with any gun ever....


If I had to look for bad points I would say its tricky to adjust. Turning the allan key 15 degrees will give you an adjustment of about 50psi.

evolve pi regs have phenominal recharge rate only second to a aka 2-liter.

thing is most places limit you to 15cps, so why have a reg that can cycle to 55cps

i think regs are personal choice thing, looks, cost, is normally what everyone uses to decide

find one you like the look of that you can afford

I would say the evolve reg is better in terms of its performance. But for your application (an impulse) I doubt you would notice any difference at all between the two regs.

Have you seen a dynograph that includes both these regs?

I have, and the PI reg blows the 2liter away in terms of flow rate.
