evolve bolt rebuild

im having trouble changing 1 oring on my evolve shocker bolt,
its the oring inside the rear low pressure chamber.

i cant get it out !

anyone have any tips for removing it

Pick it out with a needle, or a dentist's pick if you have one.

lol i tried the needle method and it kept slipping off just as it was going to come out.

will have to borrow a pick off someone

Cut it with a razor blade...
