Evolve adjustable LPR Setup / use

Ok folks, i have put an evolve lpr on my angel speed, i was given the lpr, and there were no instructions on its setup, can anyone who has used this lpr enlighten me on its proper use, as at the ,mo it simply looks bling, and that is it !
