OK Here goes..
Take the batterys out!
Remove the large screws that hold the lid on, and then remove the lid and springs.
Remove all the screws, from the shell.
split the shells apart, be carefull. You might need to "wiggle" it a bit, cause they tend to be tightly pressed togther.
When you seperate the shell's, you will have the circuit board exposed. Remove the board and feed neck from the shell.
The feed neck splits apart, leaving you with the circuit board, which is attached to the motor and the battery conector. The conector's are pushed onto the board. Pull them off.
This should leave you with three seperate bits. The board, battery bit and the motor. You might have the battery conector already fitted to your new board, if so just leave it there!
Reconect the motor to the new board, Make sure its the right way, as if you get it wrong the motor turns the wrong way, and forces the balls to jam in the hopper!
Conect the battery bit.(if required) and then fit the feed neck.
Refit the board and bits into the shell, then fit the other shell, screw it together, and refit the hopper lid and springs.
Easy!!!!!
