Try and find someone who has one of their markers and has had dealings with their technical support.
No goo buying a product that has crap support.....
I have mailed evil twice in the last 2 weeks and still have no reply over such a simple question. All I have asked them is if they can custom anodise a barrel set (at extra cost, of course) and if I got it anodised here would it ruin the internal, coz they rave about how perfect their barrels are inside, and they can't even be bothered to answer that.......!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately, for a company that roduces probably the best barrel system, their customer / tech service is pants......
What a let down.
How long would it take to email the word yes or no????
