Evil Omen Leak !!

Ok i have air leaking from the barrel of my omen... stripped it fully and cleaned.. checked o-rings... lubed anything that looked like it needed lube

and still no joy... manual says the valve could be dirty.. its not or no pressure.. there plenty of pressure for the valve to close

leak stops when u pull the rams/bolt bck


any ideas?

you say checked o - rings, try changing them even if they look fine.

I had that in my Etek - when aired up, it would leak unless the bolt was back after it had been fired once - turned out to be not enough vaseline/lube in my LPR... I thought there was enough, but Planet said use PLENTY.

Is it more like a vent than a leak?

you do know the Omen needs to be cocked beofre you gas it up otherwise it will jus dump

ok the leak increases if i up the velocity.. or or decrease it.. cant remember which way i turned it erm..

definatly up... guessing thats expected tho :S

nope but it stops if i pull the bolt bck... and hold it bck
