Evil - help

Have a bit of a problem with my evil omen. So far its been an absolute rock but i recently replaced the barrery and the solinoid will only click roughly once over 0.25 second (approx). Its is the 1.1 board so the settings can't be changes, such as dwell of bps cap.

I have not put an gas through it yet to check that it is cycling properly but i don't see why it shouldn't.

I don't understand what the problem could be as the noil will still click somethimes. I have checked The conections and all seem to be fine, and I have tried a couple of different batteries (Durracel plus and Procells). The trigger is hitting the activation point but as i said the noid will only click every 3-4 trigger pulls (approx).

If anymore info or even pics would help then i'll try and provide.

Turn teh eyes off? Does it have eyes?
Sounds like its doing what e blades do with the eyes on...fire once every .25 seconds...as if there is an eye malfucntion...switch teh eye off and it shoots to teh eye off cap.

Doesn't have eyes mate but cheers for the tip. I wonder if the board has a problem and has a similar mode?

Posting this problem up on PBnation would probably give you the quickest answer.

I had an Omen once (never heard of your problem though), and the Evil-owner community on the 'nation were quite helpful when I had any problems.

Cheers guys,

Piper got in contact and has given me some info on more things to try.

If anyone else has this problem (even though few people use the search) he suggested checking that the noid plate was compleatly flat. Other wise it can put a small amount off pressure on it casuing it to not always click. As well as the usual batteries and check that the trigger is not to tight so it is activation the board with every pull.

Did think of pbnation, will give that a go.
