Dont think they sell them anymore in the UK...not too sure about over in the US, but ive got a feeling they stopped selling/making them. Sometimes they pop up in the on the forum second hand

Evil is probably a brand name, the bottle is probably made by Luxfer, Carleton, Inocom et al

Evil is a Empire brand, LiPS currently have Empire air systems listed on their site, these look to be pretty much the same thing.
