Euros at Cup and Miami

How do you think they´ll all do?


World Cup:
-RL to win the NXL

-Joy to play their first Open X-ball event, should do fine since they have been very consistent in x-ball before


Miami:
-RL playing Semi-Pro in the NPPL, they should be able to win it even though they have been playing x-ball exclusively for the past year. They still have the talent though

-Nexus, Tigers, Joy, Shock, Tontons playing Pro NPPL. Joy is in for shure, so is Nexus but the other three are struggling. My guess is Shock will be out but Tontons and Tigers will pick it up and stay in Pro for 2006.

-Menace to play Semi-Pro. Have no clue as to their chances.

NXL: Legion will win the Cup and the series

Miami:

Pro

1/2 - XSV and Dynasty in very close race. It might depend on what they eat for breakfast or what the refs eat for breakfast.

3 - Oakland

4 - Rage may upset the apple cart again or Arsenal may suddenly pull things together

Sorry, don't see any Euros in the finals. Joy maybe will make it to the quarterfinals again but I still don't think they have the mental frame to go any further. Might be proven wrong.

Semi-pro

1. Ironmen - will probably come away from the Cup on a high from a good placing there now that they've had more time to gel with their relatively recent star additions

2. Bob Long's - Bobby might turn things up with a modicum of post-NXL hatred

3. Shock

4. Menace may be the surprise upset. This will be a learning experience for them but they, compared with Joy, have the mental strength and tenacity to keep it going to the end (I wonder if their fight on their own terf in WWII left some cultural residue?). Otherwise I would pick Dynasty Dynamics or All Americans.

If by neutral you mean 'supplied the Germans with Buku ammo', then yeah.
Swedish ball-bearings are still illegal to import into the US (and the UK I think) for that exact reason - go figure...

The team with the 4 Pro players from Stockhom Ignition that PSP booted out of DIII 5-man still won DII 5-man.
