EUROREF course?

Oli - just curious what sort of time scale "planned" comes within?
Its just i spoke to you at the beginiing of this year about a eurorefs course and it was planned then, i left you my details and nothing. I spoke to Ulrich last year and after numerous emails i gave up after numerous promises and "soons".
Will this always be the case.

Rosie had a chat with Ulrich (dunno if thats right??) in Toulouse about this. He says he hopes to run on this year but to mail Oli and let him know who would be interested. Also dependent on who and how many it would be either London or Manchester.
So who would be interested???

Can go anywhere, just as long as it isn't in the first 2 weeks of august, I've waited ages for this, last thing I need is to be away on holiday 
as i told ulrich last year im willing to travel where ever in europe, yuo all know how much i put into my reffing. As long as its not bank holiday weekend in august as im away and not on a masters day im there.
