Ethnics in Paintball.

Does anybody find it strange that there are almost no black / asian or whatever creed non white ballers about.

Anyone have a sensible non right wing view as to why?

my partner in grime is dark skinned and we go out to walkons ect as much as we can...have had the first look surprised type of thing but thats mainly from people who have not seen him / us before but after the first game or so then things settle down...other than that we do not see anybody else other than at the commercial sites...all in all never had the racist thing thown at him as yet ( not to his face anyway) from his point of view its a mind set type of thing...

Also the same with a few of the PS2/PS3 online games. On the socom series I have probably heard 1/2 of them over the last 3 years or so.

This could be classed a very DODGY subject.

This is not intended to offend anyone, but I personally think, it has alot to do with culture - especially Asian/Indian ethnic background.
There is STILL a huge gap between cultures, even though, alot are born and bred UK, and are so classed as BRITISH.
Alot of the 'old school' asian families, do NOT want their family members, mixing with non Asian people, for as much as they can get away with it, it is their prejudice, no one elses.

Sorry if this offends anyone, but that's my 2 penneth worth.
PS, i have quite a few Bangledeshie friends, so don't call me racist !
