As a complete newbie I do know this is to change velocity etc but where should the screw be from the factory?In the maual it says it needs to be set at 2 1/2 turns clockwise from its maximum output (counter clockwise) position.Does this mean the screw needs to be undone as far as it goes and then 2 1/2 turns back in?
