Just wondering peoples views on the marker, the advantages and disadvantages.

I own one. Great gun, really happy with it. Comes out of the factory ready to kill so doesnt require any initial upgrades. Very easy to maintain, great manual and superb service from planet. Obviously sacrifice some of the features of the main Ego like the LCD screen but it is essentially the same thing.

Going for a good price too!

As the man above said, top markers! IMHO i prefer the e-tek to a stock 05 definetly a gun to rock with

Its basically an ego 06 with no screen or other small gadgets but dont underestimate them as they are very good markers If you want ultimate bang for buck in the 280 price range then an etek is your best bet

Best upgrade i'd say is a cure bolt and maby a CCU kit if you want to snaz it up a little

i've owned both a 05 Ego and a Etek, prefered the Ego by far. the Etek just didnt feel right, doesnt make them bad markers, just not my cup of tea (cant stand the way that open bolt markers shoot)
