Etek4lt fps

I had my etek 4lt on the chrono at the weekend and it was showing between 250/300,just wondering if there is anything i can do to make it more consistent?

Oil your rammer, Clean and lube your HPR and LPR.

Good quality paint,where you using the standard barrel ? Eteks come with .693 as stock and most paint nowadays will shoot through a .685 with ease so maybe a smaller barrel back.

And good quality battery's

Paint was only training paint,and yes standard 693,im on the lookout for a few backs,have been for a while! And i always use good quality batterys! Thanks all the same!!
Didnt know if could tweek something else,ie efficiancy for a more consinsent fps!!

If your Dwell is too low. That can cause fps issues. Likewise so can the LPR. Have you fiddled with them at all?

No i think dwell is at 11.5 and never messed with lpr,il get the tech guy to run me through it at round 1 cpps! Thanks mate

Fair does.
I'm not sure how it's going to be working this year with the sort of 2 days of actual games at CPPS, but if the Eclipse tech isn't there on the saturday, feel free to hunt me down and I'll give it a going over for you.

Hmm yes didnt think of that,i will be playing on the saturday in div 5 but yeh il have a good look at the manual and fiddle with the lpr,could the bottle be an issue?

possibly. but id doubt it the only way i could see the bottle being an issue is if your shooting faster than the reg can replenish the marker (hence the doubt)

How can i check the bottle output? Makes sense to be fair as on the chrono it was fine when shooting slow,but a few quick shots would fluctuate quite a lot!!
