etek2 service?

hey guys, so i emailed planet eclipse twice, enquireing on wether they service markers , but in the space of over a week they havent got back to me, so i figured bring the question here.

quite simply do eclipse service markers? im looking at getting my etek2 serviced and tuned up nicely

Yep they do. Phone them:

Monday-Friday
9:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday Only
10:30am - 3:30pm

You will probably be asked to post it in with a covering letter detailing what you want them to do etc.

phoned them the other day a service is £30 (including orings as needed) plus any parts it might need
the guys name is nick truter not sure if that price includes return postage though

It might be included matey if in doubt call back and ask planets customer service is excellent and as for them not replying to your email that's becuse they must have been very busy normaly get a reply within a day or two hope that helps
