Etek Virtue board Mills legal?

The activation and rof cap are, I know, but it seems like the ramp mode has no semi shots and ramps straight away (unless I'm just really fast ). Can anyone clear this up for me?

If you've got a redefined board, there a "ramp shot initiation" setting, you can change it between the 1st shot up to the 10th shot.

An easy way to identify if you have a redefined board - if the lights flicker blue(ball in breach) or red(no ball in breach) you have a redefined board, if they are solid you have an older board.

it's an older board. So not legal then? Is there anywhere I can get it flashed or is that what I'm stuck with?
