etek qev

Does anyone know if its possible to fit an etek qev to the etek and selonoid without the star frame?

I went over the manual and it looks as though its possible as the etek qev comes with a slot into the etek body allready their. Although I'm wondering if the tubing would fit into the selonoid the same as if it wasn't a starframe.

Anyone got any idea?

You may have to mill the frame for it to fit.
