Etek oops problem

Has anyone experienced loosing the pin that releases the air from the bottle?

I have no idea how this happened!

Will planet be able to replace the peice?

yep, a team member did this the other week.

Not sure what he's done about it, but the SL opps does seem to do this

I used to keep unscrewing the knob on mine without realizing it and lost that about 5 times. Got a free replacement from them every time
