Etek on/off button

I've got a std e-tek1 (06) and whilst playing at the weekend the rubberised cover (the teardrop shaped bit) has parted company and gone to seek it's fortune elsewhere.

Do you have any that I can replace it with?

OK, now we know what I'm taking about does anyone know where I can get a replcement?
