For a laugh - and to save some parents some greif of kids dry firing their EGOs - I have recreated the much loved "training" mode from the 05 and 06 ego.
All you need to do is set your dwell to 4.5 (ish)
To do this make sure your marker is not tournament locked (undo grips, turn marker on, press the red button - red LEDS flash = unlocked, green LEDS = locked)
Go to the settings menu (turn on with trigger held) cycle to purple LED with the button = dwell
and set it to 4.5 (hold trigger for 2 seconds, press button once, trigger 4 times, button once again, trigger 5 times, button once again ---> green LEDS means its right).
This way the marker fires but not fully - much like the original trainin mode.
To add to this I have made a comedy video to take the piss out of PBn-ers
