I'm looking to upgrade my barrel on my etek-4 lt and was wondering if any of you guys would recommend a certain one?

No real need to upgrade it, but if you just wanna get different bore sizes go for the shaft 4 backs. Or I like the Empire Super Freak kit
Matching the paint to bore size improves accuracy/efficiency mainly. Do some googling there's loads of info on it and I can't be arsed typing it out 
But back to the Etek barrel, its the same barrel as on the Egos and Geos just with different milling and a larger bore etek comes standard with a .693 back and the others come with a .689
