Hey was hoping for some info on what are the best board settings to get the most out of the Etek 3 with the stock board and if there is a good paint you guys can recommend

um for the paint whise go onto just paintball and get one called the stinger
i use them most of the time soft,nice fill, and dont bounce off alot

The RPS stinger I usually get that, would you say that it's an accurate paint for the money
How long have you had the gun for and how many balls have you put through it?
It will need a period of breaking in. I owned a geo 2 and that had a shot count of 20000 and still was on the standard setting and shot perfect. My ego 10 has a shot count of about 5000 and still on the standard settings.
yes it is so good great fro the money is just as good as any one the expencive one
Had it about 2 weeks from brand new put about 2000 through it. Would you recommend the zick kit upgrade and the hush bolt ?

Dont change the settings at the moment, You can get a zick 2 and a cure 3, 3+/hush bolt... but are you breaking paint? if not keep it as is. You could save your money at the moment and get use to the etek before you start to up-grade. Or if you have a money burning a hole in your pocket and want to spend some money, they are good up-grades, and something for the future.
If you want to know whats best you will get lots of different answers, if you do a search for cure 3/3+, 4 and hush bolts you will find lots of difference threads about whats best.
If you are in no rush you could keep your eyes open for them on the p8ntballer they do come up for sale here.

No not breaking paint. Not been playing long pretty new to it all been going walk ons at asylum and playing with friends. My aim is to hopefully join a team this year. Really appreciate your advice any more would be great
I got a etek 3 with a zik 2 and cure 3 bolt using a nija tank and a virtue board. This set up really just helps the air efficiency. No more then 30k balls have been put through the gun and I still don't think it has been broken into yet.
I've used the gun to walk ons and tournaments. The paint I have put through has been standard crap field paint such as sterling shields to GI 3 star. The gun was used in a clinic 1 week before xmas in the freezing cold using formula 13 paint which shot pretty accurate, no ball breaks or apex 2 balls flying/curving.
To be honest if your playing walk ons I would worry to much about paint and board setting.
I know there is a few settings for the etek including "unlimited ramping on the virtue board" but get it on the semi-auto and you'll be good. Maybe invest in a carbon fibre barrel...
