Etek 2 Toury Settings

Hi

Just picked up a nice Etek 2 and need to get it set up for Masters. Im new to the way these are set up

Can some one let me know the correct way

At the min

Its flashin
3 "G" red
Then
1 "E" & 5 "O" Greem

Hope this makes sense i think its set up to ramp and capped at 10.5

If this is wrong can some one let me know whats right
