Etek 2 problems, starving of air?

Hi chaps got a problem with an etek I've got, when i got it the lpr was leaking but was an easy fix I just had to change the outer orings. I've cleaned and relubed the hpr and lpr. When I gas it up I need to have the hpr almost half a turn from all the way out for the solinoid to seal and when It does it doesn't have enough umph to hit and open the poppet, the bolt seems really easy to push forward (compared to timmys and creeds I've owned) the dwells at 13 too. Ive put my hpr from my clone on it (set around 100-110 psi) and the noid doesn't seal, is it a case of a new noid or something simple restricting the flow? I've checked the hoses to the noid aren't pinched between the body and the frame as well. Fresh battery and noid clicking happily with no air as well.

Any ideas would be massively appreciated guys!

Thanks

When you say "for the solenoid to seal it" - what exactly do you mean???

Are you certain that the:
- LPR is built correctly?
- Inline Regulator is built correctly?
- The rammer housing is not upside down?
- The brass insert inside the rammer housing is tight?

Thanks for the quick reply Nicky! I'll double check everything when I get back tonight. What I mean is the solinoid only seals/stops leaking and allows air through to the rammer with the hpr way out. I'll go though everything tonight and let you know what's going on.

Thanks again for the reply!
