Etek 2 micro switch not working

As the title says the micro swithch in my etek is not working , I've tried putting in a fresh battery and re setting the trigger but it still isn't working, even when trying to get on to the menu.

Any help would be apreciated.

not sure if the etek has the optical setting ? but does it shoot, but not witht the switch ?

No, the switch is needed for it to shoot if that's what you mean?

make sure the switch can return enough, if it doesn't come out far enough it will not work

i'd make sure its definately broken. check your trigger setup first, because like mentioned if the pre-travel distance is too small the marker wont shoot. check your manual on how to set it.
also be sure to check that the connector is plugged in properly and there is no damage to the wiring.

Just tried resetting the trigger, and the connections and still nothing, so have bought Talfryn's.
