Etek 2 Help!!!

I have the Etek2 and wanting to set my (ROF) but I dont get where it says "increments" in the manual doesnt really help

I have my mode set.

just want my ROF set and at the moment it is on the 'G' (Green) I need to know how many times to pull the trigger to set the rate of fire

Middle = 1's
bottom = 0.1's

ok,

hold the trigger in and switch on, after the light show, you will be left with the "G" is red

press the on/off button once so the "G" is green, (max ROF with eyes on)

pull and hold the trigger untill the "E" is green

the top light = 10's
Middle = 1's
bottom = 0.1's

pull the trigger once ( for 10 ) and then press on/off button 3 times.

all three lights should flash green a few times to confirm

then switch it off as normal, switch it back on and you will be shooting 10bps
