Etek 1 Leak Help?

Hello

I have a leak on my Etek 1 it seems to be coming from the Trigger area. I dont have a clue what to do about it or how it could be fixed if you can help me that would be great.

Heres a picture of my etek and where about i think the leak is coming from.

Hello how tight have you done the screws on the grip it may be the Solenoid

As mentioned above, how tight you have tightened the screws may be the cause of this issue if its coming from around the trigger area.

The solenoid assembly for the etek sits directly beneathe the top two screws on the eteks grips, therefor if you tighten them too tight the screws will peirce the assembly, causing a leak. Very easy to do, and easily noticed as you'll see the marks from the screws. When you get it replaced just be carefull to watch how tight your tightening the screws if this is indeed the case.

I'm a carpenter and one of the rules i was taught when dealing with screws was ' tights tight, too tight is f***ed'

thanks guys, yeah i think it was that problem but planet will be getting back to me this week about it so ill let u guys no the problem.
