etec 1 problem

im puting my air into my etec when its turned off and when i screw the cap thing in to put the air through the air is making my bolt shoot uncontralably when im not even pulling the trigger. is it because there isnt enough air in my tank (almost empty)

Sound a likely cause, is it cycing fully?

Oh and wrong part of the forum see if a mod will move to the tech section.
