Ergo reg output question

Is there any way I can work out what pressure my Ergo reg on my cocker is putting out. I know you can't whack a gauge on it, so is there any other way of checking it?

if you want to just set up the reg then take off the gun and put a fitting on the top with a guage on,

if u mean so you can check/change it often while on the gun, then put a guage in the bottom of the semi block
