Eos velocity..

M8's got a SP Eos,bought it brand new but it's never worked properly ( don't ask me why he never took it back).
Anyway I've sorted out the airflow issue but I'm having problems with the velocity,I've got it upto 240fps using the smaller insert but if I adjust the velocity screw in anymore it won't fire and I have to release the pressure by cracking the reg off,I've tried all the inserts..
Any suggestions..not get an Ego,etc,etc,I mean help with the issue,thanks..

I'll give it a go but I think he's all but given up.
The guage naffed up the first time he put the air on,supplier was going to get it replaced but he hadn't filled in the warranty card so they changed their mind...
