read up on some of the stuff in the tactics and techniques forum, some good info in there on just about anything and everything
Put your "not taking this too serious" hat on...and watch the Dynasty Dysected DVD...despite the fact, that they are yanks...there is a great deal of good info in it...drills, gun fighting etc...

That said i think the best way for any team is to play games with each other, get more experience at the game, and gel with each other

And play people better than you...that is a must..as long as they take it easy...they will very quickly exploit your weak points...and then while you are wiping the front of your hopper down...you can ask them what just happened...
yeh me and my team realize that, thats why we are going to play my friend's (Luke) team he says hes really good so he shud whipe the floor with us
