Enemy - AGAIN

Due to the continued attempts by various ex-Enemy players to avoid the punishment that was handed down by the Disciplinary committee, and the fact that no players have done anything to appeal/explain what occured at Maxs Masters we have made the following decsions:

1) The following players are banned UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
Jerome Lecuyer
Cedric Caroff
Nicolas Portzent
Sylvain Jousset
Jerome Beilvert
Guillaume Dewilde
Pol De Kermadec
Rene Arzel
David Duro
Florent Dufaye
Thomas Chretienne
Ludvic Gallard
Samuel Wielemans
Oliver Kuijper
Julien Dessevre

2) None of these players will be re-instated until we know exactly what happened, who was involved and what each person involved had to do with what happened. They can only be re-instated by the MS Disciplinary Committee - NO ONE ELSE.

3) In order for any player to be considered for re-instatement, we will require their player ID number from their "Enemy ID" - if they do not have that then a picture where we can see their face. A written explanation will also be required.

4) Once we can figure out who was involved (everyone will be accounted for, not just some of the players) - then the punishment will continue. If players involved have not played since Maxs then the ban will be as originally stated. If they have played after Maxs - then the punishement will be more.

5) Beginning with the Campaign Cup, any teams who play with any of the players listed above will be held accountable. They will lose whatever games/results they have played with those player(s) and the team captain will be sanctioned by the Disciplinary Committee.

6) Basically, until ALL the players help clear up what has happened ALL the players will be remain banned.

Thankfully - beginning at the Campaign Cup all players who are either registering as new, or are transferring their registration to another team will be required to produce a valid picture I.D. This will help in process of keeping track of registration and players trying to circumnavigate the system.

Did Enemy players play in Toullouse? I heard rumor that their ban was lifted for that tournament.

Re-Enemy in Toulouse...

Due to various circumstances beyond the Disciplinary Committees control - apparently some Enemy players "slipped through" - and this is one of the resons for us having to resort to the actions I have posted.

The fact that players who where banned, keep trying to worm their way in has forced us to become a bunch of unfeeling harda$$es.

I spoke to one registered Enemy player in Toulouse - who pleaded his case to me - and I made the judgement call that he had nothing to do wth the Germany events, so he is now cleared to play. That is all it would have taken for these players.

Those players who did play after the original ban was handed down will find themselves suspended for a longer time than if they had just been good little players and either accepted things - or at least done SOMETHING to plead their case.

But now that there have been repeated attempts to "fu¢k with us" so enough is enough.

So Goose,

correct me if I am wrong, but are you allowing players on Enemy that were playing the German event to play again, if they say they had nothing to do with the incident? Or are all 14 players from Germany banned for a year, as it states in the rules?

/crazzzy

Crazzzy...

There is one player - only one - in all this time, who has even attempted to sort things out with us.

This player approached the MS and myself at Toulouse and explained his part of the story. Now I don't feel the need to get into this to deeply, but I and others felt he was sincere and we lifted his ban. He was only a "support" person in Germany and only played 1 game (if I remember correctly) and had nothing to do with the game in question.

Cool!

I have all my trust in you guys!
Just be careful though as to letting some players play again. What would happen if all players come up and have sort of the same story, would you let them all play again? It could be hard to know where to draw the line if you understand what I mean.

It sounds like a sound judgement to let that player play again, but i think it´s better to follow the rules 100%.
