Do you not think it might of just opened?

no there's loads of players doing it, and while lots of mods may be opening, theres another photo of scott kemp before breakout

if i remember correctly i think its a way to help them know how many pods they have left, they go through them in a certain order e.g. from left to right, and when they feel the open lid they know they have X number of pods left
could be wrong of course

sound like it makes sence polly although i wouldnt want to be in the middle of the 4 on 1 situation because id be thinking.... i brought a bloody spare pod with no effin balls init!!! just to see all four of the opposition run round and paint me orange

Its an empty pod, accidental spillage.

and then count how many times you pod up ? :|

yeh but most of these players carry 6/7 pods, and in the heat of battle i dont think counting pods would be top of your list of priorities
As Toye said its probably just an accidental spillage, but its a theory
