Empire Warranty Repair?

Anyone know what the current status is with regards to getting a marker looked at under warranty now GI has brought Empire?

I've got a Resurrection that's been playing up that I need looking at. It has a lifetime warranty on it but I have no idea who to contact about it.

Anyone help?
