empire twisted barrel any good?

anyone know if these rifled barrels actualy work or make any difference to accuracy? i wondered wether they might encourage barrel breaks with brittle paint 'cause of the rifling. Anyone with one let us know cheers.

i used to have one, before my lovely shocker it worked a treat. Saying that, whether the rifling helps is debatable, although it did perform well. Obviously, paint match is the biggest factor, but i can't fault it.
