Does anybody know what kind of size's the Empire slide shorts are

eg. small 28"-30"
Medium 30"-32" etc.

I can't find anywhere that says

It only says small/medium/large etc not what the corresponding sizes are.

why not try to call NPS... I guess they should be able to tell you over the phone what kind of size you would be after.
