empire reloader help

hey , problem with the reloader,
new batterys, alll lights look ok , but when you use it its screwed,
only works half the time and the lights seem to flash a strange orange colour .
any one know what this is all about >???????

Turn it on in a QUIET place, fill it before you turn it on...thats about it...and read the manual...

If you read the manual, it says NOT to fill it before turning it on.
