Empire Reloader B set up

Hi ive recently bought one of these loaders and the instructions for setting it up are about as much use as tits on a goldfish!!!!
i want to klnow how to set up the loader IE speed settings???

when you turn it on the light goes red push the button for the speed you want 1- 3
