empire reloader B - broken?

hey, my mate has a reloader b with rip drive... and he puts it on his ion and shoots, but the force feed paddle thing barely moves... so hes in a game and the hopper isnt feeding to the gun and hes baisicly screwed!!!

so baisicly i think its the sound activation thingy not being received well, or the paddel or what ever it is its screwed in too tight so it cant rotate round as fast.

any ideas whats wrong?

Basically....

try adjust the sensitivity on the thing.

The hopper is turned on, and the drive cone (paddle thing) isnt turning when he shoots?

sorry for being newbish, i dont know anything about halos/reloaders therfore i dont know all the proper names... such as "drive cone"

Sounds like it could be -

* Pitched wire
(the black and red wirey things are being pinched against the hopper shells)

* Motor harness is loose
(the wirey thing with the plastic bit on the end which plugs into the board is loose).

* Broken drive cone
(the clear spinny thing has a prongy bit on the underside which can snap if you put it under too much load) <-- I would guess it is probably this

* Motor has burnt out
(When you turn the hopper on, does it go through the priming cycle?)

* Drive cone not tensioned properly against tray and spring.
(the clear spinny thing has a prongy bit which needs to be tensioned against the big circular springy thing and small plate like thing under it)

the plastic peg on the bottom of the drive cone has broken off,the rip drive turns but the cones does not,it happed to mine so i got a delrin cone from planet and problem solved.
