Empire Padding Sizes

OK im about to order some pads but want to make sure i get the right ones as i need the for HG3.

Im looking at the empire kit but cant find any info on what the small/medium/large sizes equate to in real size.

will the medium ones fit my 34 inch waist ok and what size arm pads should i get?

Pants wise...Medium, will fit 34-38 I think...they have straps on the sides to adjust for a perfect fit....but, buy some long johns, as teh venting in the inside leg, is very effective, and will be the cause of some "shrinkage" on colder days!!

its not the pants im after its the sliding shorts

nowhere seems to list the actual size of the bloody things and i dont wanna buy ones too small or way to big to protect my crown jewells
