The label says 34-36" and according to the Empire Size chart they are a 32" inside leg. I've just measured them and they are are 32.5"

I had a pair of exactly the same pants in the same size and found them too long for me and I'm a 32" leg. There's a fair bit of length in the crotch region too, so I'd guesstimate they'd fit up to a 33" leg, possibly 34.

This gives you an idea of how long they were on me - yes I'm a saddo and took selfies of myself in my new gear! That's a medium top (as opposed to the Large Wingnut is selling) and medium trousers at least a couple of inches extra at the bottom. With a 34" waist you should be fine - they just about fitted me with a 30" waist on the smallest setting and had LOADS of adjustment for bigger people.
