Empire E vents question

I bought some of these a couple months ago and they're great etc etc, but I spoke to someone yesterday who bought some a week or so ago, and he said he got not only the tinted lense but the transparent one too. I only got one lense, the tinted one! Are they meant to come with two?

well the clear lense i got also was rubbish, as its none thermal

yes if you buy them new they come with 2 lenses 1 smoke thermal and 1 trans single

well my uncle got a pair of vents these did not come with trans lense either but he went to complain and the shop gave him trans themal 1s instead

Yeah complain, should come with 2 lenses one trans and one tinted and 2 bags one for the second lens and one for the mask itself.

See if you can wangle a thermal lens, as the single pane ones are rubbish (the anti-fog coating comes off almost instantly).

There was a problem with the manufacturing of the single pane lenses, which were only really good for chucking in the bin anyway.

If you didn't pay full retail for them I wouldn't be in any rush to complain.

I know for sure that for a period the clear lenses came seperate from the main packaging, not sure why maybe a production drama but however you should have had two.

Our boys have all now changed over to Events over the last 6-12 months and some came with both lenses, some didnt and its a coin toss wether you get singles or thermals. But after a couple of calls spare lenses were sent out for free.

So i would drop the guys a line who you got them off as im sure there will be a small box with your spare lense in there somewhere

Ditto to whats been said above, we had a few issues with the anti-fog coming off but they were all replaced no questions asked.
