empire barrel kit HELP

[I can't shoot straight]

I need to know the best way to seperate a barrel as I have one which is stuck and I do not want to tear the threads.
Has anyone had this problem before?

pipe grippers with a towel over the metal parts. Rubber gloves, strong hands, vice grips with a towel.

Elbow grease...and big forearms.

Stick it in the oven so its well hot, then removed (oven gloves) adn put the male end (usually the end the balls come out) into some icy cold water up to the threads, then as above washing up gloves or latex gloves and it should come apart.
